These terms govern your use of the Nani Thuiszorg B.V. website and platform.

Service

Nani Thuiszorg provides specialist dementia home care and operates a recruitment platform connecting partner agencies, candidates and clients in the Netherlands.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

Partner agencies

Partner agencies must complete the compliance onboarding before submitting candidates. Approved agencies operate under a separate partnership agreement, including milestone-based commissions and replacement obligations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nani Thuiszorg is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
