Our principles
Ethical recruitment, by design
We align with WHO and ILO guidance on the international recruitment of health personnel.
Worker-protective principles
- No fees charged to caregivers — recruitment costs sit with the destination market.
- Plain-language contracts, in the caregiver's preferred language where possible.
- Honest job descriptions: hours, salary, accommodation, taxes and obligations.
- Right to refuse a placement at any stage without penalty.
Partner accountability
- Every partner agency is vetted: business registration, license, tax registration, director ID.
- Active monitoring of compliance throughout each placement cycle.
- Replacement obligations clearly documented up front.
Transparency
We publish a clear recruitment process and use a dashboard-driven workflow so candidates and agencies can see exactly where they stand at every stage.
