Our principles

Ethical recruitment, by design

We align with WHO and ILO guidance on the international recruitment of health personnel.

Worker-protective principles

  • No fees charged to caregivers — recruitment costs sit with the destination market.
  • Plain-language contracts, in the caregiver's preferred language where possible.
  • Honest job descriptions: hours, salary, accommodation, taxes and obligations.
  • Right to refuse a placement at any stage without penalty.

Partner accountability

  • Every partner agency is vetted: business registration, license, tax registration, director ID.
  • Active monitoring of compliance throughout each placement cycle.
  • Replacement obligations clearly documented up front.

Transparency

We publish a clear recruitment process and use a dashboard-driven workflow so candidates and agencies can see exactly where they stand at every stage.
